Senior Software Engineer; Windows based.

Our client is looking for experienced Senior Software Development Engineers to join their team to produce software that ships on customers solutions. The team consists of internal software developers as well as engineers who manage external resources to deliver the complete solution.
The primary function of this role is to design, develop, test and debug code in a .net environment for complex Windows solutions.
The successful candidate will have
a proven track record in the design, development, test and implementation of complex Windows based software solutions in a .net environment.
driven design and code review meetings.
demonstrated an ability to work effectively with 3rd party software vendors.
introduced innovative software solutions to the business.
driven enhancements and efficiencies into the software development process.
enjoyed working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Requirements

Database confidurations experience is desired
Client server exp is desired
Gui Interface exp is desired
SQL Server and/or Oracle Database exp is desired

BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent with 5-8 + years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to deliver high quality software solutions in a .net environment.
Contributed to the development of a commercially available software product on a Windows platform in a senior capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in motivating a technical team to deliver first class design, software architecture and coding for this environment.
Exemplary communications skills.
Strong priority setting skills.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Experienced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
