Hands-on experience with design to prototype process such as requirements generation, design reviews, implementation and validation of design. Demonstrated knowledge of automotive production launch schedules, APQP principles, and design process requirements including DFMEA, design-of-experiments (robust engineering) and DVP&Rs. Knowledge of and prior work experience with design, development, and test engineering of electronics products. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult. Basic knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, and PPAP. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Training in computer applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word. Must be outgoing and aggressive. Good organizational skills.
