We are looking for a certified Mac Support Technician to join our client's team. The ideal Mac Support Technician will handle support calls for Macintosh issues and backup the PC service desk. Must be able to resolve complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge across both OS platforms. An Apple certification is preferred, but not required. Must possess the ability to provide world class customer service and communicate effectively to non-technical users. The position also requires the ideal candidate to be comfortable supporting the end user both over the phone and in person.
